This policy explains what information STUDIO•US collects when you visit studiouscreative.com or get in touch, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.

• When you contact us. If you email us or book a consultation, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• When you browse. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
• Stored in your browser. The site saves one display preference in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us and is not used to track you.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to discuss and deliver projects, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, which process data under their own privacy policies:

• Netlify, which hosts the website
• Google Calendar, which handles consultation bookings
• Vimeo, which serves embedded project videos

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any project that follows, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU and some US states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@studiouscreative.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
